I’m sorry if I stepped on your toes… or whatever that meaty appendage is… I get carried away trying to be funny.
It’s hard slinging about this meaty appendage, you’re right. Restaurants are a terrific bore when you have to sit at a booth by yourself. Smoking my pipe is also a challenge, as flecks of ash are not kind to what I bring to the table. And I often do bring it to the table, and have bows tied around it, often smelling of lavender and cardammon. Sometimes, I like to sing it to sleep, and occasionally curl up with it if the night is cold.
