Okay, I admit it… when we go camping, we sometimes sneak off and do other things. This time we visited this cool park that has an antique tractor and farm equipment museum. This is the same park where that Civil War reenactment took place… the one where I got to dress up like a Confederate soldier and fire a cannon that was actually used in the Civil War.
Oh, and if you like old cars, come back for the next few posts.
It turns out that there are a lot of people who collect and work on old farm equipment. And they were having a special festival where a lot of these enthusiasts get together.
That right there is an old harvesting machine. I think it harvested some kind of bean. If you look closely at the top deck, you will see that it has a round ship’s steering wheel.
I love the sign on the old wagon. There was a time when the steam engine train was the starship of its day. People weren’t sure at first if humans could even survive traveling at 20 miles per hour or more… maybe our skin and flesh would just peel right off our bones.
I love that old snow cat. Looks like something from that old Johnny Quest cartoon show.
There was something almost haunting about a graveyard for old tractors. I bet it would be creepy on a moonlit night.
And now I know how baby tractors are made… when a daddy tractor and a mommy tractor love each other very much…

Your sure you went camping?
Look’s like you were thrown back in time…
I get those two things mixed up…
