Why, yes, thank you for noticing, I am indeed wearing a button-down shirt and am all clean and freshly-shaven. We are on our way to Saint Paul’s Cathedral… for an adventure I will share later…
Ooooh… and that is an extra picture from the day… which you might remember I hinted about when I did one of my rare posts while actually in Europe… where we saw a scene from a movie being filmed… but more on that later… HA!
That picture above and the one below were taken from a hop-on/hop-off bus tour that we signed up for. We really used the buses a lot to get around London, and I highly recommend them… but some are better than others…
Did you know that the Queen has a huge park right outside her house? I took these next few while waiting for Her Royal Highness to arrive at the trooping of the color at her birthday celebration… because a Queen’s work is never done…
Even while waiting for royalty, it pays to look around…
You never know what might be right behind you…
And the world is a very pretty place…
Oh, and I have some frightening news…
One of the crack squirrels that live in my head escaped and is now living in that little park beside the hotel we stayed at… you have been warned…

Your crack squirrel is doing push-ups
They have energy to burn off
It is Canada Day here locals are setting off fireworks whilst I read this post. It is difficult to tell if the bangs and flashing lights in my head are a direct result of your post or coming from outside. bwahaha! Too cool Art – love the photos.
wait… you have Canada day? even America doesn’t have America day…
We didn’t really shoot it out with the continent. We just sort of looked around , said “Let’s do the country thing.” and we did it. Now mind you there was quite a bit of French vs British fighting here, but while they were duking it out we just made a country. We apologized, naturally, Ha! Oops, sorry, we’re a country now – is that OK with you? So, we called it Canada day. Cool, eh?
I do study history you know
Then you know that we Canadians can achieve anything by apologizing. It is our forte. 😀
I’m sorry to hear that… Ha’!!!!!!!!!
Wow, that little guy looks just like you!
uh
bwah ha ha
…ooo000ooo…
Next time I’m in London I’m going to find the escaped squirrel and return it to your head. I’ll be praised as a national hero. I might even be knighted (i think they call it something else when you aren’t British). Though, I haven’t been in twenty years, so…
wear gloves… thick ones
Good call
You in a button-down shirt. Okay. The exploding sound you hear is my mind being blown.
sorry
