Where in the world did you go on this new adventure, Mr. Browne, I hear you all asking…

Well, we spent three days in London…

a 1 a 2

And then we took the train up to Lancashire to stay with our cousin Dot for three more days, before a one-day train trip to Liverpool to see the Beatles museum… and then back to the Preston area before carrying on back to London, where we stopped for about an hour before we caught the train under the English channel for Paris…

pF-I.EPSWhere we spent another three days running around like maniacs before getting on a really fast… I mean scary fast… train to Frankfurt, Germany…

a 1 a 4Where we immediately got into a rental car and drove to Rothenberg… which you might remember from other posts I did, because I went there with my other daughter ten years ago… it isn’t on the map, but we spent the night there and I have lots of pictures… and then we drove to Munch… where we spent another three days… doing more crazy stuff… so there you go… more or less.

I love Munich, I must go back sometime. Not done Frankfurt but we have a business fair there every two years which i am never allowed to go to 🙂 Where Is lovely nearby is Luxembourg where my mates live, I am back there in September this year. Can you believe I only used Eurostar for first time last year and this is after I used to live a 15 min walk away from St Pancras station for 5 years. I used it to for Paris, but then I went to Lille for my birthday this year, I loved it, so pretty, so am back there for my 40th next year.

Oh and off to Liverpool in September too, I should go there more since I support their football team. (I know bad gay liking sports)

It’s awesome you took Mollie on a similar European pilgrimage you did for your elder daughter.

I hope London was good to you, I was gonna add it’s sweltering here now, but since you live in California, that’s no news at all ;-D

So that’s it? You’re just going to put all the information in one post?

  5. Sounds like an amazing adventure, but what I want to know is, did you try to mess with any Royal Guards? I heard they really enjoy it when you try to make them laugh.
