No, this is not another of my shameless attempts to get you to buy the first book of my awesomely funny, chock-full of action and adventure, space pirates, weird aliens and weirder humans science fiction series… available by simply clicking on that little picture of the book over there at the top of my sidebar in paperback for a very reasonable price or on some e-readers for an absurdly low price… This is more along the lines of a fact-gathering post for my own information.
You may recall that I was inordinately proud of the fact that there are now copies of my book floating around in England, France, Poland and New Zealand. I only know that because the people who bought those copies told me about it. There is no way for me to track where the copies are being sent.
So if you are one of the few people on this planet who did buy the book, do me a huge favor. Tell me where you live. Not the address… just the general geographical area… the state or province or even just the country you live in. I am just doing this so I can tell if I am reaching a universal audience.
I know this blog is read all over the world, and that just tickles me. I love looking at that map in the WordPress stats. I pretend I am playing a game of Risk and am trying to conquer the entire globe. So far I am doing pretty well. Still no hits from China or Mongolia, and a few of the ex Soviet republics and a handful of countries in Africa and South America are still alluding my grasp, but my map is pretty dang colorful.
On a last note to those of you who read my book, please go to the place where you ordered it and write a review if you wouldn’t mind. That would really help me out. Unless you didn’t like it… then please don’t trouble yourself.

No new books for me for a while, my e-reader broke down. Good luck though!
That’s too bad… for both of us…
Massachusetts.
Is that a real place???
It’s near a real place.
Close enough, thanks.
Have the lights all come back on yet?
Why, were we supposed to have a power outage?
According to the Bee Gees in 1967 yes…I assume it’s been rectified…I’m glad.
I remember a song about the lights going out in Georgia…
Well if that doesn’t deserve a medal then I don’t know what does.
I get a medal for remembering stuff?
That’s one medal taken away.
I didn’t forget… I just didn’t know… that ain’t fair…
…you can have it back then…I’m nothing if not fair.
Thanks.
That is what I am wondering.
What am I missing here?
Just here or…?
Hey now…
