Is there method/reasoning behind the various amounts of dismemberment? The Riddler: only his head. The Joker: his head and an arm. The Penguin: his head, and two arms. Is there hidden commentary driving these actions?
Conan stops when he has had enough… or depending on how much you pissed him off.

Hmm … not so weird as you think … Mark Hammil (Luke Skywalker) was also the voice of Joker in the games and the cartoon series. So he has effectively already killed one of them 😉
