So we are still in the process of changing a rough pencil sketch of an alien into an actual work of art. Here are the last changes I made in the previous post…
And here it is after just a little more cleanup work…
I removed the flat beaver tail. I might try to save it or I might just add a new one. The wings sort of get in the way and you can’t really see it.
I suppose in the upcoming posts I will tell you a little about this nice alien lady who laid and raised over 90 hatchlings as I recall. She is only in book three for a few pages, but I think you will come to like her.
Pouring My Art Out 
I think you should trace this image onto a plain piece of paper, the lined paper & the writing on the back is still very distracting. What do they use their shorter arms for, maybe holding a child to their breast?
Them is their eatin’ hands. And look at all the pictures before you pass judgement.
She looks like she’s directing traffic…in a nice way of course.
They use their hands when they talk… very expressive… but not the ones on the shorter arms.
