I know that in medicine the saying is, “”When you hear hoofbeats, think of horses not zebras” but sometimes it’s better to think of zebras.
Because more people get trampled by horses in America???
Lions will appreciate your being easy to identify from the rest of the herd.
You’re correct, being different has a price. Not just the lions either, most animals will often turn on their own kind if they are different. Even human animals do that.
You are both overthinking this… something that I never do. HA!
Hey, lions have to eat too. And it might just confuse them.
Or, attract lions who are feeling adventurous and ready to try some different kind of food.
It doesn’t pay to be too picky.
Better be picky eater than picky eaten.
