I don’t know how we ended up with politicians who came right out and actually said, almost eight years ago, that their sole purpose in life was to make sure nothing gets done… why are we paying these people? How can we make them go away? Why don’t they listen to us?
But every question I ask just leads to more questions, and not a single answer.

What politician said their sole purpose in life was to make sure nothing gets done?
the republican house and senate… right after Obama got elected…
From my viewpoint congress is broadly inept, and your blaming one entire party over the other simply perpetuates the crime. Obama’s Democrats had COMPLETE control of the house AND senate AND presidency for two years and did ZILCH about (just as one example) gun control. They spent the next 6 years whining and blaming Republicans (republitards to you) for their inaction. And vice versa. For the see-that-nothing-gets-done award, my vote goes to #1 Harry Reid and #2 Ted Cruz.

right… they are all getting nothing done, but nobody else came right out and stated that as their actual game plan.
It’s a post modern dilemma. Simulation and simulacra ~ they are saying one thing and doing the one thing over and over again. Whew.
It is just unbelievable.
Best of luck in that.
I know, right?
