I signed up for a second and third lesson. I justified the expense by telling myself that I am making Christmas presents. I can’t really show you any more of what I made than that one vase, in its early stages, because I don’t want to spoil the surprise for whoever gets them as gifts.

Remind me, after Christmas, to show you the new stuff…

Right now, my three newest pieces are in the annealing oven… (that up there is not the annealing oven, that is the oven where the big vat of liquid glass resides)… and I will pick them up this week.

And, once again, glass blowing is not something you can do and take cell phone pictures at the same time, so I only have a few of these.

So, as a bonus, I will throw in some of the digital art I did to one of the photos of the pieces I made in my first class.

Don’t be surprised if these make no sense.

I am taking photos of art I made, and making them into art.

I know… who does that, right?

I do, that’s who.
Here is the photo I used, just to make it a little less confusing…
