If you’re ever in the neighborhood…

Sure, come to San Diego for the Zoo. And the Wild Animal Park, Sea World, the beaches, the weather, whatever…

But take a little time to drive across the Coronado bridge…And visit the Coronado Hotel on Coronado Island…

It is quite quaint and positively picturesque.

Inside they have a big chandelier and some fancy ceilings…

And outside they have palm trees…

And maybe you will end up looking as happy as this guy in the gorilla t-shirt…

That’s a good haircut. I wish I could get a cut that looked as good. The Hotel “Del” is lovely.

It’s nice to see scenery from places other than the brutalistic architecture of Little Rock.

Stunning pics. I wonder if people ever believe me but I seriously DO love seeing pictures of the other side of the world.

Winter here in Melbourne Australia…. ah, sigh for the sun.
